Anzzi Walk In Jacuzzi Tubs Specs
The Anzzi discussed in this review comes in at the lower end of a walk-in jacuzzi tub price. However, don’t be surprised to find that it doesn’t include a lot of nice features. Starting with a low threshold and wide opening makes getting into the tub easier. The slip-resistant floor, grab bars, and ADA-compliant built-in seat adds to the occupant’s safety.
A couple of added features not found in all walk-in jacuzzi tubs are the lights and aromatherapy. With the inline heater to keep the water warm, you are sure to enjoy and relax in the ambiance.

The Meditub discussed above has a low threshold for entry, one grab bar, a slip-resistant floor, and ADA compliant built-in seat, making for a safe transition getting in and out of the tub.
One thing I did notice right away is that it doesn’t come with a handheld shower. Maybe that is a feature you can do without, but I wanted to make you aware of that feature not being included in the Meditub.
There wasn’t a warranty stated, and it wasn’t readily available to view online. If this is the walk-in jacuzzi tub for you, I highly recommend you find out if there is a warranty and what it does and does not cover before purchasing.

The Ella’s Deluxe walk-in jacuzzi tub discussed above comes in about mid-point on the current price. There is an option for a soaking tub if you aren’t interested in the jacuzzi jets’ added feature, and it is about $1600 less in price than the jacuzzi model.
Being made of stainless steel with a tempered glass insert, the door gives Ella’s Deluxe tub a look of elegance. Another feature found is the dual drains that allow for the rub to empty quicker. You may find this important because remember you have to set in the rub until it is empty to exit unless you climb up and over the side.
Since Ella’s Deluxe tub doesn’t disassemble, you want to be sure that your doorways are all wide enough for it to fit through. You will need at least 30″ doorways.
As we crawl up in price, another feature you get with this Ella is Ozone Sterilization. What this process does is sterilize the jets and hoses.
The warranty is lifetime limited on the frame, door, door seal gasket, and tub shell. There is a 5-year warranty on parts – be sure to read your warranty to know of any stipulations that might apply.

Ella’s Companion has many of the same features as the deluxe; however, there is one main feature that we don’t see in the other model – two seats. That’s right; two people can use the tub simultaneously – more of what you see in a hot tub.
This model doesn’t come with faucets, so you’ll need to budget some extra money for those. Also, there is only one grab bar that I was surprised about because the tub is made for two people.

American Standard’s tub comes with a fast-fill faucet and a quick drain. The quick drain is nice, especially as you need to sit in the tub until it is empty to open the door.
You have the option of choosing white or linen and either a right or left side drain.
The warranty on the shell is 10-year limited. All other components have a 5-year warranty.
